BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: May 17, 2016 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Tracy Stage SUBJECT: Elite Line Services Contract Renewal and Amendment No. One DEPARTMENT: Airport BCC DISTRICT: 2 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Airports Department requests approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Contract Renewal and Amendment of Elite Line Services, Inc. BACKGROUND: Elite Line Services, Inc. previously entered into a contract with Okaloosa County to provide maintenance services for the passenger loading bridges and baggage handling system at the Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport on July 23, 2015. In their current contract, Elite Line Services, Inc. has the option for two (2) one year renewals and they are requesting to utilize the first of these renewals. Elite Line Services, Inc. is in full compliance with the contract. Their certificate of insurance is attached along with the contract and lease internal coordination sheet. OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve this contract renewal and amendment as described above. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
