Walton Beach, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide a FAIR MARKET VALUE LEASE for golf carts for its two 18 Hole Golf Courses if located at 1955 Lewis Turner Blvd., in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl. Under the "Specifications" section on page 12 add Item# 5 and # 6 as follows: 5. The lease options proposed should NOT include a ballon payment. 6. At the end of the lease period, all equipment will be returned to lessor.
