STATEMENT OF ISSUE: As Mr. Ernie Padgett is ready to return from a temporary medical
leave of absence, the Board must reinstate him to full time regular status.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends that the Board restore Mr. Padgett's
responsibilities as County Administrator.
