SUBJECT: Final Payment to Aero Training & Rental - Foxwood Ph 1
DEPARTMENT: Public Works

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Aero Training & Rental Inc has completed their contract to install
drainage improvements (Phase 1) in the Foxwood Subdivision and have completed the necessary
paperwork required for a final payment to be issued.
BACKGROUND: In June of 2012 Okaloosa County requested bids to have the existing under
drain replaced and subsequently resurface the road. The County put this project together in 3
phases with phase 1 being awarded to Aero Training & Rental Inc as the lowest bidder. Phase 1
included Williams Way, Wedgewood Court, and half of Country Club Drive.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Request approval to move forward with final payment in the amount
of $7,560.36 to Aero Training and Rental for phase 1 improvements within Foxwood
Subdivision.
