RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET DRUG ABUSE TRUST SPECIAL REVENUE FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget reflected too much appropriations for cash carryforward, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is not evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the Drug Abuse Trust Fund be decreased, as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Balances – Cash 1031R-389901 ($1,534) EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Reserve/Cash Carryforward 1031-599010 ($1,534) Adopted this regular session the 17th day of December 2013.
