modification of an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) by the Northwest Florida Water Management District
(NWFWMD). Further inquiries concerning the state’s permitting requirements should be directed to ERP staff
in the NWFWMD’s Crestview Field Office at (850) 683-5044.
Based on the information contained in the application for federal assistance and minimal project impacts, the
state has no objections to allocation of federal funds for the subject project and, therefore, the funding award is
consistent with the Florida Coastal Management Program (FCMP). The state’s continued concurrence will be
based on the activity’s compliance with FCMP authorities, including federal and state monitoring of the activity
to ensure its continued conformance, and the adequate resolution of any issues identified during subsequent
regulatory reviews. The state’s final concurrence of the project’s consistency with the FCMP will be
determined during the environmental permitting process, in accordance with Section 373.428, Florida Statutes,
if applicable.
If you have any questions regarding this message or the state intergovernmental review process, please don’t
hesitate to contact me at (850) 245-2170 or Lauren. Milligan@dep.state.fl.us. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
