I asked the City Clerk to advertise as a special meeting as we will need council's vote to authorize the voluntary separation packages and some of the other budget policy initiatives. The City Clerk advised that the advertisement will be in Monday' s paper. I will be meeting with Dept. Heads tomorrow morning to finalize the document and it will be ready for release to Council by mid -aftemoon tomorrow. Attached is a draft PDF version. A brief staff report will accompany the document and a PowerPoint slide presentation is currently being prepared that will be distributed at the meeting. Thanks.
