SUBJECT: Hangar Lease Renewal

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed lease renewal for HGRB7L2 Investments, LLC, Mr.
Jeremy Hadley, Block 7 Lot 2, at the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach Airport is being presented to the
Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: On August 17, 2004 the Board approved a generic Hangar Lease for hangar
renewals. Mr. Hadley is in compliance with all terms and conditions of his Lease. Mr. Hadley's
certificates of insurance is attached along with the contract and lease internal coordination sheet.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Lease
Renewal as described above.
