These are for the Leases for Emerald Coast Beach Management, Inc. (Jim Lee Park-Crab Trap) and for Surfside Ventures, Inc. (the Boardwalk). The amendments provide for increases in the term and rental amounts and had been negotiated by the Chairman. As indicated, we prepared these leases and the are acceptable from legal review.
