The Northwest Florida Track Club will be putting on a 5K race on Saturday, October 18' at
5:30pm on Okaloosa Island. The start/finish line will be in front of The Wyndham Garden
Hotel located at 573 Santa Rosa Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. All proceeds from the
race will go towards the construction of a regulation rubberized track for Okaloosa County
Middle and High School Track and Field programs.
We will secure all the required permits from the Okaloosa County Commissioner’s Office
and the Sheriffs Department. We already have liability insurance for the event and have
executed a Hold Harmless Agreement per your instructions.
We will need the use of the right lane of westbound Santa Rosa Blvd. from 5:15pm to
7:00pm.
