RESOLUTION 2011 -22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE CDBG ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
FOR FY 2011 -2012; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH:
SECTION 1. The City Council of Fort Walton Beach hereby approves the
Community Development Block Grant entitlement funding Annual Action Plan for FY
2011 - 2012.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby designated and authorized to execute
any documents and certifications required by the Department of Housing and Urban
Development as related to the Annual Action Plan, and to do all things necessary and
proper to carry out the terms and conditions of said program.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the
City Council.
