Fortunately much of the review effort was previously completed and attached is the culminating RFP. | have asked Jim to prepare the agenda item utilizing the attached documents; lim please pay specific attention to the attachments called out in the table of contents. I'm a little concerned that one or two of the forms may not be included yet (although they should be standard). | do know that we will need to get a completed routing control form to include with the agenda item. Lisa, would you please take a look at the Excel spread sheet and see if the date within the cells should be removed prior to adding it into the document as a “bid form” or verify if the forms in the document are adequate? I apologize for this being the 10" hour (not quite the 11™...), but yesterday’s discussion led us to this required course of action.
