STATEMENT OF ISSUE: In order for Public Hearings, Workshops and Employee Award
presentations to be scheduled for the 3rd Quarter of FY 2014, meeting schedules need to be
approved and published.
BACKGROUND: The attached calendars for 3rd Quarter of FY 2014 (April - June) were
prepared by County Administrator’s staff in December 2013.
OPTIONS: Approve calendars as presented or direct staff to make changes.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Recommend consideration of calendars as presented and direct staff
concerning changes or approval.
