between the elected leadership and fosters cooperative ventures in meeting common
needs. The appointment to the OCLOC is from April 1, 2011 though March 31, 2012.

Walton/Okaloosa /Santa Rosa Regional Utility Authority (RUA).

2. 1. The RUA provides for the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of
facilities where necessary to insure the availability of an adequate water supply for all
public water supply systems within the boundaries of the RUA. The appointment to the
RUA is from April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012.
