Exhibit E PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on February 5, 2012, at 9:00 A. M. in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Okaloosa County Courthouse, 101 E, James Lee Boulevard, Crestview, Florida, to consider the adoption of a County Ordinance, the title of which is: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AD VALOREM TAX EXEMPTION TO PROJECT MACHINE, LOCATED IN HOLT, FLORIDA, FOR SPECIFIED IMPROVEMENTS AND ITEMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY IN OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA; SPECIFYING THE ITEMS EXEMPTED; PROVIDING THE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE EXEMPTION; FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED BUSINESS MEETS THE EXEMPTION REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 196, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Copies of the proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of Gary Stanford, Deputy Clerk of Circuit Court, at the Okaloosa County Courthouse, Crestview, Florida, and at the Clerk of Circuit Court's office, Okaloosa County Courthouse Annex, Shalimar, Florida. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such meeting, such person will need a record of the proceeding and, for such purpose, such person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. If a written request is made by a physically handicapped person at least 48 hours prior to said meeting, accommodations will be made by the Chairman of the Board for access of said person to the meeting.
