On January 10, 2008, Customer and Vendor entered into the Parks Bathroom Cleaning Services Contract C08-1592-TDC (“Agreement”) under which Vendor agreed to provide Parks Bathroom Cleaning services to the Customer. Customer and Vendor desire and agree to amend the Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants herein and other good anc vaiuable consideration, Customer and Vendor hereby agree as follows: 1. Annual contract amount will be increased from $84,410.88 to $88,924.00. Ratification and Entirety. Except as provided in this First Amendment, all the terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby ratified and shail remain in full force and effect. This First Amendment and the Agreement. together with all supplements. exhibits and schedules thereto, shail embody the final, entire agreement among the parties hereto and supersede any and all prior commitments, agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Agreement or this First Amendment or the subject matter hereof, ang may not be contradicted or varied by evidence of the prior, contemporaneous or subsequent oral agreements between the parties hereto. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. All terms and conditions of the Agreement and other amendments not modified by this First Amendment remain in full force and effect.
