We will be attending with a team of ten people and will be conducting Vacation Bible School for 150 children, building a playground for the community and ministering to the local body of believers during our time there. We will be departing for Belize on June 15", 2015 and will be returning June 25", 2015. The total cost of this trip is approximately $2,900.00 per person. This amount includes the cost of our flight, accommodations, food, supplies for VBS, building materials for playground construction and other miscellaneous travel expenses for the duration of our stay. We would like to conduct our drive on Saturday, October 25", 2014 with November 8" as an alternate backup rain date. We will conduct our drive between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. We would like to apply for the applicable permits from the City to conduct our fund drive at the following intersections: Beal Parkway & Mary Esther Cut-off. Beal Parkway & Lewis St. Eglin Parkway & Racetrack. Green Acres Rd & Lewis Turner Blvd Santa Rosa Blvd & Hwy 98 We will secure the required permits from the Okaloosa County Commissioners office, the Sheriffs Department, the City of Fort Walton Beach and its police department. We have applied for our liability insurance with a $1,000,000.00 aggregate to cover any injuries or property damages. Our volunteers will be wearing Gulf Coast City Church shirts during the drive.
