The Run/Walk proceeds will benefit the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and promote local area athletics through the Northwest Florida track Club. The intersections of the new road at SR85, SR285, Forest Road and Range Road will be blocked by Officers from the Okaloosa Sheriff's Department and the Niceville Police Department from 7:00 AM until approximately 4:00 PM during the event. After Opening Ceremonies are completed the new road will be open to the public The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s office and the Niceville Police Department have been contacted regarding the temporary intersection closures. We respectfully request the required permits be issued by the Okaloosa County Commissioners office.
