STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Provide draft job descriptions for County Attorney and Paralegal for
review and discussion.
BACKGROUND: On July 16, 2013, the Board discussed adding two positions to the Legal
Services Department and directed staff to prepare job descriptions for the positions of County
Attorney and Paralegal.
OPTIONS: N/A
RECOMMENDATIONS: Provide further direction to staff as necessary.
