STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Bids were opened February 14, 2013, seven (7) bids were received.
Atlantic Truck Center, Pompano Beach, FL is the lowest responsive bid meeting specifications
for a total cost of $94,866.00 (see attached tabulation).
BACKGROUND: This item is in the Water & Sewer FY 2012/13 budget. (See attached budget
sheet).
OPTIONS: Award or Reject.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff has reviewed the bids and recommends awarding to Atlantic
Truck Center (Pompano Beach, FL) they being the low bidder meeting specifications for a total
cost of $94,866.00.
