STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Airports requests changing date and time currently scheduled on the
BCC budget meeting calendar of July 17, 2013 at 7:15 pm.
BACKGROUND: At the Budget Policy Workshop held at 6 pm on April 9, 2013, in the Water
& Sewer Building, the Board agreed to a tentative schedule for budget meetings with various
entities and agencies. The entities that are currently scheduled to meet the Board on the listed
dates are as follows:
July 17, 2013
Overview 6:00 p.m.
911 Coordinator 6:30 p.m.
Road/Bridge Construction 6:45 p.m.
Water & Sewer 7:00 p.m.
Airports 7:15 p.m.
Solid Waste 7:30 p.m.
Inspections 7:45 p.m.
Tourist Development 8:00 p.m.
Convention Center 8:15 p.m.
