The quantities listed in the Bid will be used for evaluation purposes, but the actual purchase will be based on available funding. 2. 2 Q: The warranty requirements of the Bid may differ from the manufacturer' s standard warranty. A: The bidder will need to take exception to the specifications for the warranty requirements. Warranty requirements information should be noted in the Bid Submittal. 2. 3 Q: Software, user license, upgrades and technical support requirements.
