Questions: 2. 1 Q: The pricing sheet lists ten ( 10) each monitors and only a total of four (4) mounting rings and hardware. A: The quantities are limited by the allocated budget in FY 2010 /11. The quantities listed in the Bid will be used for evaluation purposes, but the actual purchase will be based on available funding. 2. 2 Q: The warranty requirements of the Bid may differ from the manufacturer' s standard warranty. A: The bidder will need to take exception to the specifications for the warranty requirements. Warranty requirements information should be noted in the Bid Submittal. 2.3 Q: Software, user license, upgrades and technical support requirements. A: Bidder shall include the information with the bid submitted. 2.4 Q: How will the training and installation of the monitors and software be done?
