DEPARTMENT: Water and Sewer BCC DISTRICT: All STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Okaloosa County Water & Sewer (OCWS) staff requests Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approval of a final payment, in the amount of $8,625.00, to Fort Bend Services, Inc. (FBS) on contract #C12-1935-WS. BACKGROUND: OCWS entered into a new contract (#C16-2350-WS) with FBS, effective January 17, 2016. This contract is for polymer product #FBS-C1282 used in thickening and de- watering at the Arbennie Pritchett WRF. The previous contract (#C12-1935-WS), which was also with FBS, expired January 16, 2016. The attached invoice is dated December 23, 2015 and represents the final invoice and payment on the previous contact. The final payment on this contract is now due. The final invoice, along with other pertinent information, is attached for your review. OPTIONS: Approve or deny. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends BCC approval of a final payment, in the amount of $8,625.00, to Fort Bend Services on contract #C12-1935-WS.
