STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Assignment of Hangar Lease from 1001 Airport
Road Block 2 Lot 3, LLC to Allied Global Ventures, LLC at the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach
Airport is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: 1001 Airport Road Block 2 Lot 3, LLC, Ms. Lisa Colomb, requests to
transfer her hangar lease, Block 2 Lot 3 to Allied Global Ventures, LLC, Mr. Bart Rice.
Ms. Colomb is in compliance with all terms and conditions of the hangar lease. The
transfer fee has been received and the contract and lease internal coordination sheet is
attached along with their certificates of insurance.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the
Assignment of Lease as described above.
