STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board of County Commissioners is requested to approve
Amendment Number One to the Romjue Advertising Agency contract.
BACKGROUND: On September 17, 2013, the Board approved an amendment to the Romjue
Advertising contract reflecting the industry standard for calculating the commission on all media
buys and authorized the retroactive payment on outstanding invoices. We are now bringing
Amendment Number One to the Board for approval.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve Amendment Number One to the Romjue Advertising
contract.
