RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations for deferred revenue from Florida Division of Library and Information Services (FDLIS) grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the General Fund be increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT FDLIS State Aid Library 701371R-334700 $32,193 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Contract Services- Personnel 701371-534500 $3,208 Travel In-County 701371-540001 $1,985 Repair/Maintenance – Technical Support 701371-546900 $15,000 Miscellaneous Charges 701371-549900 $12,000 Adopted this regular session the 7th day of January 2014.
