RESOLUTION: 06- 30 A RESOLUTION OF 1HE OTY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA,AMENDING 1HE COMMUNITY DE VE LOP:ME NT SERVICES, PARKS & RErnEATION, POLICE AND FIRE SECTIONS OF 1HE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SGffiDULE FOR 1HE OTY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY 1HE OTY COUNOL OF 1HE OTY OF FORT WALTON BEAm: Section I. That the Gty Council hereby amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule as it relates to Community Development Services, Parks & Recreation, Police and Fire Departments, as attached and made a part of this resolution by reference; Section II. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with the tenns of this resolution are repealed; Section III. This resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
