RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013 BUDGET GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Community Affairs (FDCA) for planning, training, exercise and equipment of citizens corps and community emergency response team and Sylvania Heights neighborhood revitalization resurfacing project carryforward grants, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the General Fund increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT FDCA Citizens Corp 11 701122R-331200 $1,404 FDCA C.E.R.T. 11 701128R-331200 $252 FDCA Sylvania Roads 701140R-331490 $451,452 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT FDCA Citizens Corp 11 701122-548001 $1,013 FDCA Citizens Corp 11 701122-552990 $391 FDCA C.E.R.T. 11 701128-548001 $252 FDCA Sylvania Roads 701140-531900 $11,808 FDCA Sylvania Roads 701140-534900 $42,371 FDCA Sylvania Roads 701140-549650 $5,621 FDCA Sylvania Roads 701140-563490 $391,652 Adopted this regular session the 18th day of December 2012.
