QUASI-JUDICIAL - DORSETT VENTURES cont.
Mr. Foley entered into the record the Development Review Committee memoranda from Utilities Department dated
February 3, 2006, Fire Inspection dated February 2, 2006, and CDS Department dated January 27, 2006 that were all
distributed at the Development Review Committee meeting on February 3, 2006 and were all incorporated by
reference and made conditions of the Development Order along with other conditions.
It was questioned whether the project complied with the current codes ofthe City regarding height and noted that the
height restriction for that area is 70'. Mr. Foley replied the only issue he knew that it may not comply with is the
height requirement and pointed out it was constructed at a time when the height restrictions were different and the
Development Order gives the applicant the right to build the building the way it was approved.
Mr. Foley submitted the staff report with the Development Review Committee memoranda into the record.
The Mayor opened the public hearing.
Michael Crew, Crews Investment was present and had no comment.
As no one else wished to speak the public hearing was closed.
Mr. Minich moved to approve the Development Order, with no changes, issued for the Dorsett Ventures
project and that its effective date shall remain as originally approved and extended, if applicable. Mr.
Holmes seconded motion and it carried by a vote of 6 to 1 with Holmes, Reeves, Garvie, Hartwell, and Minich

mentioned in the Conditional Use Permit attached to the Development Order. He explained in this instance the
