An analysis / summary sheet, containing the information, is attached hereto. Police records data for a period exceeding three years ( 01/ 01/ 04- 04/ 13/ 07) was pulled, reviewed, and analyzed. It resulted in the observations and notations listed below: In that three plus year period, there have been twelve ( 12) noise complaints received from individuals on Florida Blanca Place. o Ten ( 10) of those ( 83. 3%) were received from T Ji. o Two ( 2) ( 16. 7%) were received from other complainants on the street. o Records were checked to see if the residents of any home$ bearing an Alconese Avenue address, but backing up to the affected area, reported noise complaints during the same period. ' In fact, no ( 0) noise complaints, were received during the three plus year period from any address on ' Alconese Avenue. There were six vagrant related calls for service during th~ same time period. o One ( 16. 7%) was reported by___ o Five ( 83. 3%) were reported by others. There Were twenty- six miscellaneous calls for service, which included traffic accidents and all other types of complaints, combined. o ~ eported one ( 3. 8%). o Twenty"five ( 96. 2%) were reported by others. In addition to the above calls for service, Fort Walton Beach Police Officers also conducted nine traffic stops in the area. There were a total of sixty-three (63) reported incidents on Florida Blanca Place during the researched and analyzed period.
