RELEASE OF EASEMENTS THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENTS (the “Release”) is made this day of , 2015, by and among OKALOOSA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "County"), and VICTORIA OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA, INC. and DENTON, INC., both Florida corporations wholly owned by Tom and Millie Young, and Thomas Lewis Young, as Trustee for the Thomas Lewis Young Revocable Trust (collectively, "Developer"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the County is the owner of easements in, upon and through certain real property located in Okaloosa County, Florida, owned by Victoria of Northwest Florida, Inc. and Denton Inc. by virtue of an easement document, “Easements,” recorded in the Official Records of Okaloosa County on August 7, 2002, and located at OR Book 2374, PG 561 and OR Book 2374, PG 562 (the “Easements”). A copy of the Easements are attached hereto as Exhibit A, and is incorporated and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Victoria of Northwest Florida, Inc. and Denton Inc. has requested that the County release its interest in the Easements; and; WHEREAS, the Easements are no longer necessary for a public purpose and may therefore be released. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County, Victoria and Denton, for themselves, and their successors or assigns hereby release, discharge, and terminate the Easements and release any title, interest, claim, and demand which the other may have in the Easements, and the Easements shall be of no further force and effect. Upon execution, this Release shall be recorded in the Official Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
