Meeting : Jul 28, 2025 - Regular Meeting Type : Action Recommended Action : Motion to approve the Addendum to the Master Contract between the School Board of Okaloosa County and the Okaloosa County Educational Association. Public Content The Okaloosa County School District and the Okaloosa County Education Association, teacher's union, reached a tentative contract agreement on July 9, 2025, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, subject to School Board approval and Association membership ratification. The tentative agreement effects only a portion of the collective bargaining agreement and salaries. The proposed Instructional salary schedule for the fiscal year 2025-2026 is as follows: 1. Pay for Performance  a. Highly Effective Designation = 1.00% Annual Increase b. Effective Designation = 0.75% Annual Increase 2. Grandfathered Salary Schedule a. Highly Effective and Effective Designation = 0.80% Annual Increase 3. Supplements a. Add a supplement for Esports at $1,441 b. Add a supplement for High School Beach Volleyball at $2,413 c. Add a supplement for High School Boys Volleyball at $2,413 d. Add a supplement for Theatre at $2,413 All salary increases will be effective as of July 1, 2025.
