BACKGROUND: The Okaloosa Island Fire District conducted CPR/AED training with convention center staff. A purchase requisition was not entered in advance of the training because it was assumed the vendor would accept credit card payment. The vendor does not accept credit cards, so Board approval is requested for payment. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve payment to the Okaloosa Island Fire District in the amount of $255.00 for CPR/AED training held on January 6, 2016 (invoice # 112812-63).
