SUBJECT: Emerald Coast Aviation Amendment Number Four

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Amendment Number Four to the Aero FX dba Emerald Coast
Aviation Lease was approved by the Board but needs approval of a technical amendment
changing the date of Exhibit B.
BACKGROUND: Amendment Number Four was approved by the Board on February 19, 2013,
but the referenced Exhibit B was not attached due to an oversight. Upon further review, it was
noted that the reference date for Exhibit B in the approved Amendment also needed updating.
This agenda item is being resubmitted as a technical correction of the correct date in the lease
Amendment as well as a corrected Exhibit B with the corresponding date.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of the corrected date in the Amendment
and the Exhibit B.
