I have gone over the changes with Bill Garner, and the changes are acceptable to legal. Please let me know if you have any objections or questions. The changes are attached and explained as follows: 1. On page 3 of the Agreement, they have listed the 3 names of the trustees, instead of just saying “Holland M. Ware”. These 3 trustees legally make up the “Holland M. Ware Charitable Foundation”. Essentially, Brenda Thueson and Nathan Lee have been added to the list. See the highlighted portion of the page 1 of 2 attached. 2. The signature page has been changed of the Pinestraw Contract (Exhibit D: Post‐Closing Agreement). Previously, this contract listed 1 signature line for the Seller to sign. The new version has the 3 signature blocks, for each of the trustees.
