Brackin Park for May 30-31, 2015, for the conduct of the Dream In Gold volleyball clinics featuring three time Olympic Gold Medal winner Misty May. The permit request was approved and signed by Melissa Matern, Events Coordinator, The Boardwalk; Surfside Ventures Real Estate, Inc. I have coordinated with the following Okaloosa County agencies: Sheriffs Department, Emergency Management, and the Tourist Development Council. All agencies have indicated to me that they have no problem with my request. I have attached copies of their email responses. I have also attached copies of our insurance policy naming Okaloosa County and Surfside Ventures as Additional Insured on our policy. I am also enclosing the hold harmless letter. Finally I have enclosed a check for $550.00 to cover the cost of this permit. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this request please contact me at 243- 2555. Thanks.
