A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE GOLF CLUB SECTION OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH:
Section I. That the City Council hereby amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule as it
relates to Golf Club Fees, as attached and made a part of this resolution by reference;
Section II. All resolutions or
parts of resolutions in conflict with the terms of this
resolution are repealed;
Section III. This resolution shall take effect on June 1, 2006.
