The new school site is well drained and suitable for outdoor educational purposes as appropriate for the educational program or collocated with facilities to serve this purpose. The site is not located within any path of flight approach of an airport. The site is not adjoined to a right-of-way of any railroad or through highway and is not adjacent to any factory or other property from which noise, odors, disturbances may exist.
