STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Seeking Board approval of the lease renewal for Mattonies, Po-
Boys & Floribbean Tacos, LLC. (L12-0395-BC).
BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: The Board approved a lease agreement with Tom Garner
(Mattonies, Po-Boys & Floribbean Tacos, LLC) in October, 2012. The lease is for the un-paved
parking area behind the restaurant. Mr. Garner has requested to renew the lease from November
1, 2014 to October 31, 2015 for $1,859.89. There are two (2) additional one year renewals
available on the lease.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny approval of the lease renewal with Tom Garner (Mattonies, Po-Boys
& Floribbean Tacos, LLC).
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the lease renewal with Tom Garner
(Mattonies, Po-Boys & Floribbean Tacos, LLC) for an additional one-year term.
