He plans on attending the BCC meeting and understands that the Board may not accept their offer. He will address the Board and may accept a negotiated amount. As was required by the county, we have hired a surveyor to provide updated boundary lines and legal description at our own cost. We also paid for a 2nd appraisal from an independent commercial appraiser, Presley - McKenney out of Pensacola, We contacted local contractors to get estimates for clearing the property and hauling away all the debris and submitted their proposals to you. As the scope and vision of this educational center and museum has grown, so has our need for additional land for parking, a retention pond, and our plans for fixed wing aircraft to be positioned around the perimeter of the building. With the estimated costs to be incurred by Training and Research Center Florida LLC to clear this heavily wooded area to make it conducive for our proposed facility, we would like to formally submit a purchase offer to the county in the amount of $12,300 per acre for the additional wooded / wetland area adjacent to Parcel 14. Upon completion of the purchase of this additional acreage, we will be able to move forward with regards to the placement of the OETC / EOD Museum facility and obtain our structural borings. This will also allow our engineering team, Westerra Development, to complete our site work plans and begin obtaining bids to begin the next phase of this project. My only dilemma at this juncture is that I am not in Crestview to meet with you and sign the offer sheet. Can we arrange to have this done online, considering Sunil stated that the SIGNED offer sheet must be in your hands by 10 a.m. this morning?? Please advise. Feel free to call me as soon as you get this email.
