SUBJECT: Budget Resolutions & Transfers
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for non-sponsored
transportation trips and/or capital equipment to the non-sponsored transportation disadvantaged
in accordance with the Transportation Disadvantage Trust Fund grant in the amount of $465,652.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for amendment 5 medicaid
non-emergency transportation (NET) program and the subcontracted transportation provider
(STP) grant in the amount of $253,230.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for operating assistance
carryforward grant in the amount of $1,603.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which budget reflected too
much appropriations from Florida Department Children and Families) for mental health and drug
court case management grant in the amount of ($3,406).
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for

to the expenditure line item City of Destin for completion of the dune restoration project in the
amount of $1,440.000.
BT-13-42 Transfer required to fund increased expenditures in the amount of $68,000.
BT-13-43 This transfer provides funding for the Eglin aircraft rescue and fire fighting (ARFF)
building in the amount of $620.000.
