RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 BUDGET
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners received surplus funds from State Revenue
Sharing and the Board of County Commissioners desires to transfer from Debt Service Fund to
the County Transportation Trust Fund, and
WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and
WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution
of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and
expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original
budget, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the County Transportation Trust Fund be increased,
additional receipts appropriated as follows:

Budget Transfer – Debt Service Fund 1000R-381201 $175,000
EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT
Reserve/Cash Carryforward 1049-599010 $175,000
