Public Content This Agreement is needed in the event of inclement weather or other disaster where Lessee's facilities must by vacated. Lessor shall lease to Lessee up to one hundred (112) motor vehicles during times of disaster. These vehicles will consist of a combination of sixty-five (65) passenger school buses and forty-seven (47) passenger buses equipped with a wheelchair lift, selected by Lessor from its rolling fleet.
