Background: At the March 19, 2013 meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, Mr. Greg
Stewart of the Nabors, Giblin, & Nickerson law firm stated that he would provide the Board
updates on the status of collection of TDD funds every thirty days on issues the legal team is
working on. This presentation is in keeping with that obligation.
