In accordance with Section 125. 66 of the Florida Statute, the City is required to prepare ( or cause to be
prepared) a business impact estimate prior to enacting an ordinance, subject to exemptions noted in the
Law. Following are the categories required to be addressed for the proposed ordinance:

This ordinance is to assign a zoning designation to one ( 1) parcel annexed into the city of Fort
