Dear Ms. Marshall,
Accompanying this letter please find four (4) copies of the Bluewater Bay Municipal Service
Benefit Unit (MSBU) Curacao/Southwind Drive Flood Mitigation HMGP Application which we are
submitting in response to the opening of above-referenced funding cycle. Please note that, as
stated in the application, the contact person is Mr. Felix Beukenkamp representing the MSBU,
and the authorized agent is Ms. Tonia Nation, P.E., of Avcon, Inc. The submittal of this
application, including designating Mr. Beukenkamp as the point of contact and Ms. Nation as
the authorized agent was approved by the Board of County Commissioners during its regular
meeting of December 16, 2014.
Please be advised that this is the only project that is being submitted for consideration by
Okaloosa County during this grant cycle.
