Dear Sir,
Please allow this letter to act as our request/agreement to use the
Boardwalk North Parking Area only, on May 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2013. The
purpose will be to bring a car show and cruising event to the Boardwalk
and our community. Horizons will hold harmless those entities of
ownership for this area. Insurance policies naming them will be executed
and supplied. No vendors will be allowed without your approval. We will
follow all policies and guidelines both written and verbal placed on us by
you.
This event will bring in registrants from all over the South East to enjoy our
Tourist related businesses. Thank you for your help and consideration as
this event could not be held anywhere else and impact our businesses so
