Work products submitted under Deliverables 2, 3 and 4 shall only be paid if they meet the criteria set forth in sections A through E of the Scope of Work (Attachment A). Late submissions will not be eligible for payment. Deliverable 1: Within 30 days after receipt of the executed contract, the recipient shall submit a sample hazard analysis to the Division for review to ensure the work being performed meets the requirements of the Scope of Work. Deliverable 2: On or before January 1, 2014, the Recipient shall submit fifty (50) percent of the completed hazards analyses for facilities listed on Attachment C to the Division for review and approval. Deliverable 3: On or before April 1, 2014, the Recipient shall submit the final fifty (50) percent of the completed hazards analyses for facilities listed on Attachment C to the Division for review and approval. Deliverable 4: A. On or before June 1, 2014, the Recipient shall submit a complete copy of each approved hazards analysis to the applicable Local Emergency Planning Committee and a copy of the transmittal document shall be submitted to the Division. B. On or before June 1, 2014, the Recipient shall notify all Attachment C facilities and applicable first responder agencies of the availability of the hazards analyses information, and make that information available upon request and submit proof of said notifications to the Division.
