BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: May 19, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: David Skarzynski, Budget Manager : Dist All SUBJECT: Budget Resolutions & Transfers STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of the Budget Resolutions. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from United States Department of Transportation - Federal Transit Administration (USDOT-FTA) Section 5307 capital and operating grant, in the amount of $1,451,246. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (FDEO) for neighborhood stabilization grant program income, in the amount of $52,444. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, County Public Health Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for other miscellaneous revenue equipment received from the State, in the amount of $28,802. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget, Water & Sewer Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for Lake Pippin area sanitary improvement project grant, in the amount of $2,000,000. RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board approval of attached Budget Resolutions.
